In Eugene, a plug or patch repair usually takes under half an hour without an appointment, while a full set of tires with alignment is best booked ahead. Compare the out-the-door price across shops in Oregon, since installation fees vary more than the tires themselves. Keep the receipt: the tire warranty and any road-hazard coverage are tied to it. Demand peaks before winter and before summer road trips. Check the listing for hours, whether the shop sells used tires or handles truck and trailer tires, and its Google rating before you drive over on a spare.

Eugene is in Oregon, in the Pacific Northwest, where winters are mild and wet, summers are dry and pleasant, and outdoor recreation drives a lot of local business; hours change little through the year. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Eugene follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. I was in a real bind when a brake bleeder screw broke off in my caliper during a brake bleed. Replacement calipers for my vehicle are nearly impossible to find, and the only ones I located overseas were over $1,000. I brought it in expecting to pay for their time, but after a short wait they successfully extracted the broken bleeder screw and saved the caliper. To my surprise, they wouldn't accept any payment and were simply happy to help. It's rare to find this level of honesty, skill, and customer service, and I'm extremely grateful for their help.

I think as a whole I think the company means well, and are very nice nice people. The mechanic that worked on my car was also very kind. My issue is that I think they donβt inform me correctly, and they misspoke in my honest opinion. I first got an alignment from the company after I had an alignment issue. I got new tires all around my vehicle and immediately went to this shop to align my vehicle. My vehicle is lowered with adjustable suspension, so I made sure to ask them to make the vehicle as close to stock camber as possible. I bought the vehicle with the suspension setup. I personally donβt like lowered cars, but my vehicle normally has air suspension which is known to have issues. Iβm older which is why I donβt like lowered, cambered vehicles. After having them do the alignment I still had excessive wear in the inside of the rear tires. I had to purchase another rear set of tires. I had the company again do the alignment, and the ride height to alleviate any possibility of having another alignment issue. Combined visits cost me $1400 in alignment fees. The mechanic after the second visit informed me I had a bolt on the lower left rear tie rod that was a little bent due to th

If i could review lower i would. You charges us labor on a warranty repair, and our car had to come back over 3 times. The first time because you decided to "only take it on a short test drive" after replacing the driveline. I do not recommend this shop. No one should have to pay labor on a warranty repair. We don't even have a complicated vehicle.

We were lucky enough to find this place after calling around and checking reviews. This is a wonderful, family owned, highly qualified, honest, clean and efficient garage. They allow you to park (with hook ups) in their parking lot overnight if needed. They are fast and professional, have nice clean bays and an army of techs to repair your vehicle. They donβt mind explaining exactly what they are doing and they keep you well informed throughout the process. Plus they are just β¦. Well ..nice! Other folks from Canada, also had work done and were just as pleased as we were. Pretty much most large auto and RV businesses in the area will tell you this is the big rig RV authority in the area. And we couldnβt agree more !!!

Today I took my Box Truck to Kaiser Break & Alignment. I had been expecting a shake in my steering wheel. Their technician checked out my truck and determined I had an issue with my rotors. The staff is very professional and helped me understand exactly what was happening. I look forward to Kaiser Break & Alignment taking care of the issue.
